Join colleagues from across California for C4As Strategic Planning & Advocacy Day, a three‑day convening focused on collaboration, planning, and strengthening our collective advocacy efforts on behalf of older adults and individuals with disabilities.
Registration Fee
$425 per participant
The registration fee includes meeting materials and scheduled sessions. Travel, lodging, and meals not specified in the agenda are the responsibility of the participant.
How to Register
- Complete the registration form below. Once complete, select the button "Proceed to payment."
- By selecting "Proceed to Payment," this will take you directly to the payment screen to finalize your payment and registration. After submitting the form, you will receive a confirmation email with:
- The hotel booking link to book your stay.
- Invoice request process
Payment Information
- Payment is completed through the secure QuickBooks payment link by selecting "Proceed to Payment."
- Agencies/Organizations that require a formal invoice may request one in lieu of submitting payment through the link. Instructions for requesting an invoice will be included in the confirmation email.
- Registration is considered complete once the registration form AND payment is received.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans may change. To cancel your registration and request a refund, please contact angela@c4a.info. Refunds will be issued through April 24, 2026, less applicable processing fees. Refunds will not be available after this date; however, registrations may be transferred to a colleague with advance notice. In cases of extraordinary or emergency circumstances, exceptions may be considered at the discretion of the board president. Please contact us to discuss your situation.
