Promoted to Division Director in 2018, Paul Dunaway oversees the Sonoma County Adult & Aging Division programs and services that promote the safety, independence and well-being of older adults, persons with disabilities and military veterans and their families. That division is within the Human Services Department in which Paul has worked since 1999. His previous work was with the Family, Youth and Children’s Division where he worked as a social worker, supervisor and manager covering most aspects of child welfare.
Paul brings a highly experienced social work perspective striving to improve the lives of the most vulnerable people to C4A. From Sonoma State University, he has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology and a Master of Arts degree in Counseling, and he is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.
